I am addicted to sweets! It’s an addiction I’m just NOT willing to break…the world will end and there will be me and ants around looking for chocolates! It’s seriousness! I love sweets that are healthy and recipes that are quick and easy so here goes!!
What you’ll need:
1 pineapple sliced into chunks
(I used a fresh pineapple…she wasn’t that fresh she was a day or two from the garage and became chocolate candy🤣👏🏾…anyway!)
1/2 a bar of bakers chocolate I used 100% cacao (ca-cow..I can never spell that but the good healthy darknest of the dark chocolate)
1/4 cup agave (I NEEED IT SWEET! You don’t have to add the agave I made the mistake of purchasing unsweetened chocolate)
3 Tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup of walnuts (optional)
Sheet of wax paper
I melted the ingredients in a double boiler on the stove….however 30-40 seconds in the microwave works just as well. Stir ingredients well. Dip pineapple into chocolate (you can dip or cover the whole thing…completely up to you…completely delicious either way) top with walnuts. Place on wax paper..repeat this until you have covered all the pieces you wish to eat. Places the covered pineapple in the freezer for about 10-15 you just want the chocolate to harden and hold its shape around the pineapple….EAT IT!!
You can dip any fruit you like really but pineapple and dark chocolate is life!
